The SNOO Smart Bassinet is one of the most trusted infant sleep products available. It automatically responds to your baby’s cries with gentle motion and white noise — helping families gain 1–2 additional hours of sleep per night.

Reserve your SNOO with a $179 refundable security deposit and delivery/setup fee.
After your reservation is received, you'll receive an email to complete your rental agreement, set up secure autopay for your monthly rental, and confirm your delivery details. Monthly rentals are billed automatically until your rental ends. When you're ready to return your SNOO, simply let us know at least 7 days before your next billing date and we'll stop future payments.
Additional delivery fees may apply outside our standard service area.

We currently serve all of Limestone, Madison and Morgan County.
Standard delivery and pick up prices are as follows:
$25 within 20 miles of 35756
$50 delivery fee for up to 40 miles
$99 delivery fee for the rest Limestone, Madison and Morgan Counties.This ensures delivery within 5-7 days. You can schedule delivery for any future date, but this will be the minimum time span and cost.
There is a rush charge added $99 for deliveries that may be delivered within 24-48 hours, please contact in advance to ensure availability for desired rush orders.

We recommend to reserve an item as soon as you decide that you will want to rent an item. Reserving in as much advance as possible ensures that we will have the item and delivery availability for you when you need it!
Your reservation begins upon delivery. The fee you paid to reserve will cover your first month rental and you will not be billed again for 30 days.

Let us know and we can extend your rental period at any point! If we have not heard from you within 1 week of your monthly rental end date, we will contact you to see if you want to extend or to set up pick up.

We can pick up items at any point. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds, as the item was reserved for your family for the time period and unavailable to serve other families.

For non-members, there will be a 20% refundable deposit billed separately after check out. This is based on 20% of the retail cost and will be listed on each product page.
After the product is returned and we complete our inspection, if everything is found to be in useable condition, you will receive your deposit back! We will issue the deposit refund within 5-7 days, please allow your financial institution time to process the refund after that point.
We are parents too, we know that infants and children are inherently messy. Normal signs of use, wear and tear are completely expected! If your item comes back excessively soiled or damaged beyond useability, we will inform you and retain your deposit.

Safety, integrity and cleanliness is a top priority for us. We have a rigorous inspection, quality insurance, cleaning and sanitizing process for each item.
We clean and sanitize every item according to manufacturers specifications and inspected for safety and functionality. Any item that no longer meets our standards are retired.
Our cleaning products are all thoughtfully and specifically selected to be eco-friendly, non-toxic, cruelty free, and made in the US when able to reduce impacts on the environment.

Please let us know right away and we can come pick it up and replace if we have another available. We are parents too, we know that accidents happen. Normal signs of use, wear and tear are completely expected!
If the item is damaged to the point of no longer being safe or useable, you will be billed for the repair or replacement, up to the retail cost.
