Our Team

  • Haley Finley is a NICU nurse from Huntsville, Alabama, with 16 years of experience in neonatal care. For the past eight years, she has worked as a traveling NICU nurse, providing specialized care to newborns and families across a variety of hospital settings. Prior to traveling, Haley spent several years at Huntsville Hospital’s NICU, where she built a strong clinical foundation and a deep passion for neonatal nursing.

Outside of work, Haley enjoys cheering on her nephews at their basketball, baseball, and football games, seeking out new adventures, and exploring the world. She also loves unwinding with a good thriller or crime novel.

Haley is passionate about supporting families as they transition home with their newborns, and is excited to help parents adjust, gain confidence, and thrive outside of the hospital setting.

  • Courtney began her career as an RN for Vanderbilt in Lebanon, TN in 2019. She returned home to Alabama in 2023 and began working in Crestwood's postpartum and nursery. She has always had a deep love for children and spent many hours babysitting from a young age. Becoming a mother-baby nurse was a natural fit for her and she loves helping families during the first 48 hours of a tiny new life. It is a great privilege and honor to have the opportunity to further extend a helping hand into the fourth trimester with NANNY.

Outside the hospital, Courtney enjoys reading, sleeping and going on adventures with her husband and their 4 children (she's a twin mom!). Her family calls Sand Mountain home.

  • Lauren Lee is a wife, mom, marketing professional, and published author! With a joint media and marketing background, Lauren enjoys hearing and sharing stories that matter.

As a mom to two boys, Lauren is passionate about protecting the postpartum space and helping recreate the village for parents.

Lauren is married to her college sweetheart, Josh, and they’re parents to Oliver and Rowan. In her free time, Lauren enjoys reading, writing, and knitting.

  • Ashley has been a Registered Nurse for 18 years. She has worked in Mother/Baby care for 9 years, the Neonatal ICU for over 6 years, two years at the HH Fever and Flu Clinic, and is currently working private duty for a medically complex child while also serving as needed in the HH NICU. She is a wife and mother of two children.

In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with friends and family when she's not at the ball field, watching her kids play. She loves traveling and has always been passionate about being a newborn nurse. Ashley looks forward to meeting new families and helping them care for their little blessings.

  • Hi! I’m Stephanie Mosher, a registered nurse with over 10 years of experience in neonatal care, including work in Level III NICUs. I have a strong background caring for premature and medically complex newborns and supporting families during the postpartum period.

I enjoy educating and encouraging families, helping them feel confident and supported as they care for their baby. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my kids and relaxing with a good book.

  • Elizabeth is currently a Mother-Baby nurse and has been for a little over four amazing years. She enjoys meeting and engaging with families during this exciting time in their lives. She loves babies of all ages!

At home, Elizabeth has two dogs—a chihuahua named Whiskey and a lab mix named Fiona. She enjoys cooking for her fiancé, soon-to-be husband, and spending time with her cherished friends and family.

  • Nicole is a registered nurse with years of experience in pediatrics, including newborn nursery and NICU care, where she had the privilege of caring for infants during some of their earliest and most important moments. Working with the pediatric population has always been her passion, and she loves supporting families as they gain confidence in caring for their babies.

Nicole especially enjoys educating parents, offering reassurance, and helping create a calm, supportive environment during one of the most meaningful transitions in their lives. Outside of work, she is a proud mom who values family, health, growth, and faith, and is passionate about continuing her education to become a pediatric nurse practitioner.

  • We’re always looking to connect with experienced Registered Nurses interested in flexible, in-home newborn and postpartum care.

If you’re passionate about supporting families and value meaningful, relationship-based work, we’d love to hear from you.
