  • What areas do you serve and what is the cost of delivery?
    We currently serve all of Limestone and Madison and Morgan County There is a standard local delivery cost of $25 within 20 miles of 35613 -- This ensures delivery within 5-7 days. You can schedule delivery for any future date, but this will be the minimum time span and cost. There is a rush charge of $125 for local delivery that will deliver within 24-48 hours. ________________________ We also have a “greater local area” option that encompasses the rest of Limestone, Madison Counties with a $99 delivery fee within 5-7 days If you are outside this area or in the greater local area and need faster delivery, contact us for a quote!
  • When should I reserve an item?
    We recommend to reserve an item as soon as you decide that you will want to rent an item. Reserving in as much advance as possible ensures that we will have the item and delivery availability for you when you need it! Your reservation begins upon delivery. The fee you paid to reserve will cover your first month rental and you will not be billed again for 30 days.
  • What if I am enjoying a product and want to keep it longer?
    Let us know and we can extend your rental period at any point! If we have not heard from you within 1 week of your monthly rental end date, we will contact you to see if you want to extend or to set up pick up.
  • What if my baby doesn't like an item?
    We can pick up items at any point. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds, as the item was reserved for your family for the time period and unavailable to serve other families.
  • What is the deposit for and how does it work?
    For non-members, there will be a 20% refundable deposit billed separately after check out. This is based on 20% of the retail cost and will be listed on each product page. After the product is returned and we complete our inspection, if everything is found to be in useable condition, you will receive your deposit back! We will issue the deposit refund within 5-7 days, please allow your financial institution time to process the refund after that point. We are parents too, we know that infants and children are inherently messy. Normal signs of use, wear and tear are completely expected! If your item comes back excessively soiled or damaged beyond useability, we will inform you and retain your deposit.
  • What is your cleaning process?
    Safety, integrity and cleanliness is a top priority for us. We have a rigorous inspection, quality insurance, cleaning and sanitizing process for each item. We clean and sanitize every item according to manufacturers specifications and inspected for safety and functionality. Any item that no longer meets our standards are retired. Our cleaning products are all thoughtfully and specifically selected to be eco-friendly, non-toxic, cruelty free, and made in the US when able to reduce impacts on the environment.   • What if I damage an item?
    Please let us know right away and we can come pick it up and replace if we have another available. We are parents too, we know that accidents happen. Normal signs of use, wear and tear are completely expected! If the item is damaged to the point of no longer being safe or useable, you will be billed for the repair or replacement, up to the retail cost.
  • What if I don’t see an item I am looking for?
    Please let us know if there is an item you want to try but don’t see. We may have it on our way to us and if not, we always love to hear what our community needs!
  • What is the benefit of a membership?
    The membership is for those who want to be part of a community of shared goods and services! You get extra benefits and discounts, including customized services, discounted delivery, no deposits, and members only discounts. Premium members get discounts on postpartum and lactation services and rental product insurance! Read more on our membership page.
  • Who should get a membership?
    The membership is the best option for expecting or new parents. The baby equipment industry can be overwhelming and babies can be finnicky! You never know what will be the best fit for your family until you are in the thick of it and needs quickly change. Consult with our experts at any point to find the products and services that work for you, so you can spend more time focusing on your new little bundle of love. Anyone can benefit from the membership, but we encourage a membership to those who plan to rent for a long period of time and/or use several items. The premium membership is recommended for families who will also be using postpartum or lactation services.
  • How does the membership work?
    It is easy! Sign up for the membership and you automatically receive all of the perks listed! Discounts, pay no deposits, request a consultation at any time! When we are running member promotions, we will email to let you know! Memberships must be maintained through the length of any rentals or service contracts
  • How do payments work for memberships?
    If you pay for the annual membership, the full price will be paid in one installment and your membership will be in effect for 1 year from your first service date. Your next year will not be auto-drafted, your membership will just stop at that point. For monthly memberships, you will be billed for the first time at checkout, but your membership will officially begin on the day of your first service. Your card will automatically be charged 30 days from that date, and then for every month until you request a cancelation. Gift cards cannot be used for recurring membership fees. Memberships must be maintained through the length of any services *Services are defined as a rental period or postpartum/infant care nursing service contracted period
  • What is the premium membership?
    The premium membership is the ultimate membership for families that want a truly personally curated, luxury concierge service for care and equipment. The premium membership has all of the perks of the standard membership PLUS 10% off all postpartum and infant care services!! Premium membership includes rental product insurance, so you can rest easy! The rental insurance covers any damage or soiling beyond normal use. It does not cover theft or loss of property.
