What is Perinatal Coaching?
Perinatal Coaching, is a virtual individualized support service throughout pregnancy in preparation for childbirth, parenthood and the postpartum period.
An RN, postpartum and newborn care expert will help guide you through the questions, fears, concerns and joys of pregnancy, postpartum and the transition into parenthood.
Empowering and nurturing parents to overcome difficulties, make decisions that affirm their values and beliefs, and celebrate the beauty of postpartum and your newborn.

We will get together virtually by phone or video call at the increments you've chosen or as a one time extra support to discuss any challenges, questions or concerns while creating a plan to move forward.

Single Session
$75
One single, up to 60 minute virtual session to discuss a pressing issue or concern. You determine how the sessions are focused, we will devise a plan of action together to move forward. We will provide insight, information and referrals as needed.
Perinatal Package
$195
One hour and a half virtual postpartum planning session and one hour postpartum session. Create and clarify plans for support systems, visitation, family roles, goals and manifest your vision for parenthood. A few weeks after bringing home baby, we will meet again virtually to discuss how things are going, address concerns and revise plans, provide information and referrals as needed.
Golden Weeks Package
$295
Four weeks of support through the most challenging period of recovery and adjustment period with your newborn. Includes weekly one hour virtual postpartum coaching sessions and unlimited email or text support. You determine how the sessions are focused, we will provide insight, information and referrals as needed.
Fourth Trimester Package
$795
Full 12 weeks of support to transition through the Fourth Trimester. This includes weekly text check-ins, six one hour virtual postpartum coaching sessions and unlimited email or text support. You determine how the sessions are focused, we will provide insight, information and referrals as needed.
