Pocket NANNY Terms of Service

Pocket NANNY is a monthly RN-led support membership designed to provide education, guidance, and reassurance for families navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and newborn life. Please review the terms below prior to enrollment.

1. Scope of Services

Pocket NANNY provides registered nurse–led education and guidance related to newborn care and postpartum adjustment. Services are delivered asynchronously via secure messaging.

This service does not include medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

2. No Medical Relationship

Pocket NANNY services are educational in nature and do not establish a provider-patient relationship. Clients remain responsible for seeking medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment from licensed healthcare providers.

If a concern appears urgent or medical in nature, clients agree to contact their pediatrician, healthcare provider, or emergency services.

3. Communication & Response Time

• Messaging access is provided via secure client platform (Spruce).
• Responses are provided within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday).
• No response is guaranteed outside business hours.
• This service is not monitored continuously.

4. Membership & Billing

• Membership renews automatically on a monthly basis.
• Clients may cancel at any time.
• Access to messaging support ends upon cancellation or failed payment.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

5. Professional Boundaries

Provider reserves the right to terminate membership in cases of inappropriate conduct, harassment, or misuse of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Client acknowledges that guidance provided is educational in nature. Provider is not responsible for outcomes resulting from decisions made by the client.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid under this membership.

7. Confidentiality

Client information will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
